Ferry approaching Uig Harbour from Harris or Uist in the Outer Isles
There are regular ferry crossings from Uig, only a few miles further down the road from Duntulm Castle, to Lochmaddy in North Uist, and Tarbert in Harris. It is well worth taking a day trip for spectacular views of the Outer Hebrides.
